A change of policy resulting in accessible housing that meets the needs of the inhabitants of Zaan is the most important thing for us. We require the following changes:
\u2013 Increase the percentage of social housing for new construction to 50 %
\u2013 Strict enforcement of the vacancy ban
\u2013 Actively tackle slum lords and enforce the points system
\u2013 Introduce a degentrification policy and abolish the Rotterdam Act
\u2013 More crisis shelter places for Youth Care and Protected Housing
\u2013 Expand homeless shelters
\u2013 More caravan pitches and space for alternative forms of living
\u2013 Sufficiently accessible housing for people with disabilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
