Not for and about residents, but with and by residents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SUFFICIENT SUPPLY OF SOCIAL RENTAL HOUSES ALSO FOR MIDDLE INCOME.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stop selling social rental homes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only demolish if renovation is not possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishment of a municipal housing company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compulsory residence for owner-occupied homes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All rental properties regulated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional rental homes through topping up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fines for overdue maintenance and lack of sustainability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AFFORDABLE RENT AND GOOD RENTAL PROTECTION.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>WOZ value and monument surcharge from the points system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Landlord levy refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sustainability and renovation without a rent increase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeal of the Rental Market Transfer Act.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No temporary and flex rental contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full rental protection for all rental properties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abolition of income-related rents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STOP EMPTY AND HOMELESSNESS.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vacancy is heavily fined.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lifting ban on squatting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Housing for all homeless people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No eviction for rent arrears.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FREEDOM OF HOME EXCHANGE AND SHARING.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free home exchange without rent increase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not punish housing sharing, but facilitate it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TENANTS TAKE THE POWER!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Radical democratization of housing corporations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Residents in urban renewal areas have a say, they must improve their housing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amsterdam&#039;s housing policy, as laid down in performance agreements, is established in consultation with tenants&#039; organisations, which represent all tenants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We are a combination of organizations of Amsterdam tenants, residents, students, young people, political parties FNV voor 14 and FNV-local Amsterdam. We are together <em><strong>RESIDENCE AMSTERDAM<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are and continue to build a coalition of all Amsterdam tenants&#039; organizations and associations and residents. We are constantly campaigning so that political decision-makers and homeowners will opt for a fair public housing policy.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>March 26 is International Housing Day.
